The Hormone Institute

Personalized hormone care for men and women, with thoughtful evaluation, individualized treatment and ongoing monitoring. Hormone care is available through membership, with prescription management included, or à la carte, starting with a $349 Hormone Evaluation ($249 with our new-patient special). Medications are filled and billed directly by the pharmacy of your choice.

IVs & Injections

IV therapy through Strive Hydration, our IV hydration brand, and vitamin injections. Ask about available options and whether they are clinically suitable for you. Members receive discounted IV pricing by tier, and Platinum members receive a $150 monthly credit toward Strive Hydration IV services, or one vitamin injection.

Platinum IV credit: Covers our Rehydrate IV in full or applies toward any IV on our menu; you pay the difference. Credit is used one visit at a time, doesn’t roll over, and has no cash value. Prescriptions are filled by a licensed pharmacy of your choice, which bills you directly.
