Concierge Wellness and Bone Health LLC, operating as Concierge Wellness & Bone Health and using the Hormone Institute brand for hormone-management services, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information provided through our public website and our non-clinical text messaging program.
Medical records and patient-portal communications are not covered by this policy. They are addressed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices and the applicable patient-portal notices.

Information we receive and how we use it
When you contact us, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, the content of your general inquiry and your communication preferences. We use this information to respond to questions, provide requested administrative assistance, manage communication preferences, and operate and protect our services.
When you opt into SMS, we maintain information documenting your permission and any subsequent opt-out requests.
Website technology
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools, does not embed third-party content, and does not include forms that collect information from you. Its fonts and images are served from this website itself.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time, in order to deliver and secure the site.
Some links take you to other services, including our patient portal and map directions. Those services operate under their own privacy practices, as described below.
Text messaging
Our SMS program is limited to general questions and non-clinical administrative discussion. We do not send promotional texts through this program.
Do not send symptoms, diagnoses, lab results, medication information, insurance identifiers, photographs of medical documents or other sensitive medical information by text or general email. Use our patient portal at conciergewellnessandbonehealth.md-hq.com (opens in a new tab) for clinical communications. Ordinary SMS is not a secure clinical communication channel.

Mobile information and consent
We do not sell, rent or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers supporting the delivery and operation of our communications, subject to applicable restrictions, or disclosed when required by law. SMS consent is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Your choices
Participation in our SMS program is voluntary. You may opt out by replying STOP to a message from us. For assistance, reply HELP, call (855) 478-8860 or email info@wellnessandbonehealth.com.
You can continue contacting the practice by telephone or through the patient portal without opting into SMS. Please do not send sensitive information with a privacy request; we may need to verify your identity using an appropriate process.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, but no internet transmission or ordinary SMS is guaranteed to be secure. We retain information as needed for its purpose and to meet applicable legal obligations.
External services
Our patient portal and other linked services may have separate privacy notices. A link does not make ordinary website communication or SMS suitable for sensitive clinical information.
