How do I get started?

Start with a Hormone Evaluation ($349, or $249 with our new-patient special): an initial consultation, a comprehensive 15-test hormone and wellness panel, a results visit with your provider and an exam. This is the standard start. If you already have recent outside labs, you can book a consultation only, which is $250 ($150 with the new-patient special) and waived with membership enrollment.

Are medications included?

No. Medications are not included in membership pricing. They are prescribed by your clinician and filled and billed directly by a licensed pharmacy of your choice. Estimated monthly medication costs, including shipping, are listed on each membership page; actual costs vary by medication, dose and pharmacy. Prescription management of your medications is included with every membership tier, including GLP-1 prescription management for wellness and weight members.

How do memberships work for hormone care?

We use one membership model, Essential, Signature and Platinum, for both hormone and wellness patients. There are three hormone plans: men’s testosterone, women’s hormone management, and women’s hormone management with testosterone. Your monthly price depends on your tier and your plan. Routine monitoring labs are included on every tier, including Essential. All tiers have a 3-month minimum, and you can prepay for the year and get one month free (pay for 11 months, receive 12). Platinum adds 2 General Wellness panels a year on top of your monitoring labs.

Can I receive hormone care without a membership?

Yes. À la carte care is available for patients who prefer less frequent visits: follow-up visits are $225 in person or $175 by telehealth, labs are available at the published panel prices, and, as with memberships, prescriptions are filled by a licensed pharmacy of your choice, which bills you directly.

How is my treatment monitored?

Your provider uses routine monitoring labs to manage your dose over time: a quarterly Men’s TRT Monitoring Panel for men’s testosterone, and a women’s monitoring panel 2–3 times a year for women’s care. Routine monitoring labs are included with every membership tier.

Will I definitely be prescribed hormone therapy?

Not necessarily. Every plan starts with an evaluation and lab work, and treatment is recommended only when it is clinically appropriate for you. We can’t promise specific results, but we will explain your options clearly and monitor your progress closely.
